We have reached capacity for stall applications for the 2026 Festival, further applications will be added to a waiting list.

With up to 20,000 people attending the festival, this is a perfect opportunity to get your stall set up in front of your local people!

The aim is for the festival to not make a profit, but to cover the cost of running the event, should there be any surplus it is ploughed in to the next festival. No member of the organising committee receive any payment for the work they do, their reward is being part of a successful festival.

PLEASE NOTE

We keep our catering stall and non-catering stall process separate please don’t use the stall application form for the catering stalls.

Any enquiries from local caterers are welcome using catering enquiries should be made directly to catering@kirkstall.org.uk for further information about catering opportunities and Catering booking do not use the stalls booking for catering enquiries. Please note, we only extend invites to local catering stalls and there are limited numbers of pitches left.

(Our definition of catering stalls are along the lines of: hot food stall, food prepared on site, ice cream etc)

    Your website says from mid March today is 23rd March have I missed the opening of applications?

      You haven’t missed anything, we’ve running a tad behind but want to ensure everything is in place for the smooth running of the process – expect and announcement in the next few days.
