Location

Kirkstall Abbey is located on the A65 road some 2.5 miles out from the centre of Leeds. Once in Kirkstall and past the major junction and retail park, follow the dual carriageway, turning left past the abbey follow the road sign to Kirkstall Abbey which points in the direction of the Abbey car park. Parking and admission to the Abbey is free.

Disabled Access:
Level access from the main road (Abbey Road- A65). A car park is located on the opposite side of the road. There is a steep slope from the car park to the main road. Orange badge holders can park on the main road. There are level paths around the Abbey and into the Cloisters, but wheelchair users may require assistance.
