The next full meeting of the Kirkstall Neighbourhood Forum will be held on Monday 17 September in Leeds Postal Sports Association Club, Beecroft Street, LS5 3AS, starting at 7:30pm.

The neighbourhood plan will be used to help decide the future of Kirkstall Ward, including Burley, Hawksworth, Moor Grange and the Spens area, for those who live and work here.

The forum will be asking what you like and dislike about the area and what you would like in a neighbourhood plan for the Kirkstall Ward.

In the future the plan will give opportunities to:

• Help choose where people want new homes, shops and offices to be built
• Influence what new buildings should look like
• Influence planning decisions for the new buildings you want to go/not go ahead

Kirkstall Forum is a local community organisation in West Leeds which will create a Kirkstall Neighbourhood Plan under the Localism Act.
