Abbey House Museum Up For 2011 Guardian Family Friendly Museum Award

Our very own Abbey House Museum has made it to the longlist for the Guardian Family Freindly Museum Award For 2011.

The 20 museums making it to the Guardian Family Friendly Award longlist all share one thing ­ they go that extra mile to welcome families. They were chosen by panels of visitors, volunteers and young people from over 100 museums nominated for the Award.
