Craig Grimes has produced a fantastic video of his journey from Leeds City Centre to Kirkstall Abbey along the Leeds to Liverpool Canal tow path. Craig uses a wheelchair but the video is a useful guide for anyone wanting to use the tow path. Craig’s descriptions of the terrain and gradients makes it particularly useful for anyone with mobility challenges.

In the autumn sunshine, with a classical music soundtrack it is a great view of one of the less travelled routes out of the city.
