The forum meeting will use the workshop format where you will have the opportunity to discuss each issue listed on the attached agenda in small groups. Staff from Leeds City Council Environmental Services and Planning as well as West Yorkshire Police will be on hand to listen to the issues raised and help facilitate the discussions. There will also be an open forum session to discuss any issues not covered in the small groups.
