Jessica BaileyLocal Kirkstall resident Jessica Bailey (pictured) is taking on the daring feat of a sponsored zip-wire slide from the top of Headingley Stadium on the 12th of October in memory of her friend who passed away in June.

Jessica comments on her pledge: “I’m jumping down a zip wire at Headingley Carnegie Stadium for the Stroke Association in memory of a friend who tragically lost her life to a stroke in June aged just nineteen. She was lucky enough to have a very big and very loving group of friends who have come together and decided to do this fundraiser to help this amazing charity continue its work in supporting stroke victims. If anyone is in a position to donate to my cause I’d really appreciate it!”
