Optical and hearing care specialist, Scrivens Opticians has demonstrated its commitment to Headingley by relocating its North Lane branch to the Arndale Centre.

The family owned optician which has branches across the country, has been steadily growing its customer base since acquiring its original Headingley branch from Co-op eyecare four years ago.

Branch manager Chris Nutter, a Kirkstall resident said: “This is a great move for Scrivens as the Arndale Centre is a popular shopping location, with good transport links.  We offer the very best eye and hearing care using the latest optical and audiology technology but with that personal, local shop service that you’d expect from a family run business. It’s this personal approach, alongside a fantastic range of designer frames and digital hearing aids, that has seen our business grow steadily over the last few years.”

Scrivens are offering all Kirkstall residents an exclusive 10% off glasses with this voucher: Kirkstall Matters voucher click to download.

The new Scrivens branch, which employs eight full and part time staff, can be found at Unit 4, Arndale Centre, Otley Road, Headingley.
