Leeds City Council are researching what factors affect people being active. By physical activity for this survey, they mean active recreation or sport which you do in leisure time outside of active living such as housework, gardening or active travel.
Leeds City Council is consulting adults of all ages in Leeds as part of the process of establishing a new approach to encourage inactive people to be active.
Anyone who completes the questionnaire will be entered into a free prize draw to win a six month premier Bodyline fitness card worth over £200. Questionnaires need to be completed by 31 January 2013.
